When you fill out the quote request form on our site, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you're interested in, your location or job site, and any details you share about the project.

The form also includes a hidden field used only to catch spam bots. Real visitors never see or fill it in.

Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and time of request as part of normal server operation and abuse prevention. We don't use that information to build a profile on you.

We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this site, we don't use cookies to follow you around the internet, and we never ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this website.

Your information is used to respond to your request, give you a ballpark or firm quote, schedule work, and follow up about the job. If you become a customer, we may keep your contact details so we can reach you about that project.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.

A couple of service providers help us run the site and handle your message. They only process the information on our behalf:

• Our website host and database provider — stores your submitted quote request so it isn't lost.
• Resend — our email delivery service, which sends your request to our inbox.

We may also disclose information if we're legally required to, or if it's necessary to protect our rights or safety.

Quote requests stay in our system while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask and we'll take care of it.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and stored quote requests are kept behind access controls so only WB Contracting can view them. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us and we'll handle it. If you'd rather not submit anything online, just give Westyn a call — the phone works fine.

This site isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
